Manchester United youngster Axel Tuanzebe has enjoyed another excellent season on-loan at Midlands side Aston Villa and has helped guide them into the Championship play-offs. The 21-year-old defender has been a mainstay for Villa this season and helped them finish fifth in the Championship and as a result, his side takes a 2-1 lead into Tuesdays 2nd leg play-off against local rivals, West Bromwich Albion.
Tuanzebe, who has played 25 times for the Villains this season was sidelined for a short spell due to injury in December, however, he managed to come through it and regained his place and helped push his side into the playoff picture. Featuring mainly as a right-sided centre-back, Tuanzebe is very strong in his tackling and uses his 6'1" frame to his advantage in the air. In the Championship this season, he has been successful in 52.07% of his aerial duels and showed great leadership despite his young age.

Manchester United’s 2018/19 season has (thankfully) come to an end on Sunday evening, and those last two performances of the Red Devils’ campaign really summed up everything that has been wrong at the club over the last nine months.

United finished sixth in the Premier League and concluded the season by amassing one point (out of a possible six) against two sides that have already been relegated. A dire draw away to arguably one of the worst sides in EPL history in Huddersfield, followed by a 0-2 loss at home in the final game of the season against Cardiff, in what ended up being a wasted opportunity to leave the fans with the hope of a whole re-scaling at Manchester United in the summer transfer window.

Manchester United's disappointing season came to a fitting conclusion as relegated Cardiff went out with a bang, giving their former manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer plenty to think about. A campaign that started with the divisive Jose Mourinho ended with a shambolic 2-0 loss to a side relegated with a match to spare, leaving United an eye-watering 32 points behind Premier League champions Manchester City. Nathaniel Mendez-Laing's brace was the difference as Cardiff beat United for the first time since 1960 - quite the way for Neil Warnock to bow out in what he expects to be his last top-flight match as a manager. Manchester United u23’s had to settle for a hard-fought point on Friday night as they came back to draw 1-1 against Sunderland at the Stadium of Light, thanks to Largie Ramazini’s first goal at u23 level.
It was a week that United’s academy staff would have been proud to see after regular options for Ricky Sbragia were not considered because of their involvement in Paris during the week. Brandon Williams, James Garner, Angel Gomes, Tahith Chong, and Mason Greenwood will all have benefited hugely from the experience in one the most memorable nights in the club's history of knockout football in Europe.
This meant Sbragia had to rely on his midfield consisting of a trio from the under 18’s- Ethan Galbraith, Dylan Levitt, and Aliou Traore. Centre back Di’Shon Bernard and Ramazini were also selected.

At last this torrid season is over and Manchester United can sort themselves out over the summer. The final game of the season is at home to Cardiff and really, United need to win big to at least begin to get back on their feet. Here's all you need to know:

David De Gea (7/10):
The Spaniard looked himself today, and made a few saves on the day. Didn't look nervous like he has in recent matches. One of United's few bright spots in the match.

Ashley Young (4/10):
Really running out of things to say about this man. Shows almost no composure on the ball and constantly gives the opposition possession. Terrible crosser of the ball (baffles me as to why he takes corners), and even though he's captain, he's definitely not a leader.

Phil Jones (4/10):
Almost gave Huddersfield a goal with a forced pass that didn't need to be made. Had an opportunity to give us the winning goal and absolutely ruined a good chance to win the game.

Victor Lindelof (6/10):
The Swede looked as calm as ever, and probably had the most composure on the team besides maybe McTominay. Good on defense and started off some of …

Manchester United’s top four hopes have finally been buried after getting inevitably delayed for several weeks — as United came away from already relegated Huddersfield with a stalemate 1-1 draw. 
Once again, as has been the case for the past few games, United looked livelier and showed more intent to respond to the critics early on — but that intensity faded with every minute of the game. 
The visitors looked promising going forward at times, and were in total control of the game when they got rewarded with the opening goal in the 8thminute. 
A series of attacks saw United eventually break the deadlock following some tidy one touch build up play initiated by Juan Mata. United ended up losing the ball during that sequence, only for it to be given straight back to them due to a Huddersfield error which saw Scott McTominay take a clever touch onto his left foot and rifle a low driven shot into the net. 
The hosts goalkeeper, Jonas Lossl, arguably could have done better with that effort…

Manchester continue their unbeaten run today against Burnley but Sean Dyche's side puts an end to United's wining streak as the Reds were held to a 2-2 draw at home. A frustrating afternoon for the Red Devils but they leave Old Trafford tonight with a point. A goal from Pogba from the spot and Victor Lindelof's late equalizer is what held us together.

Although it was a bit hard to pick things out from this match tonight, there are some things that stood out for me and here are some points we've learned from tonight's game.

Andreas Pereira Not Good Enough.

Pereira had his first start for Manchester United since who knows when and it looks like it could be his last, let alone if he will play again for the Red Devils. Andreas lost the ball in our half which led to the opening goal for Burnley. Absolute disappointing performance from him. In my opinion, he should be sold before Fellaini.

Herrera Energy Missing.

David De Gea - 4.0 A very poor performance from the keeper, his error for the second goal seemed to set the tone for the disappointing performance from the whole team. David is one of the very few world class players United have and these are the games he needs to perform in and last night he wasn’t at the races.
Ashley Young - 3.0 Another very abject display from Ashley, completely to blame for Barcelona's first goal as he in fact made four errors in the space of fifteen seconds in the build-up. He is simply not good enough for these games and only emphasised the need for new full backs in the summer.
Phil Jones - 5.5 Did his best against an in-form Barcelona attack and Leo Messi in particular. He showed courage to bring the ball out of defence at times but the brutal truth is, just like Young, he is not good enough to take United forward.
Chris Smalling - 5.0 Like Jones, Chris is not good enough to deal with the Barcelona attackers in that form. Four of the …
